A friendly reminder about addresses!

Please kindly double check that your order and address details are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to guarantee any order edits after they are placed.

Please input all addresses in English, including international addresses outside of the US.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to cover the reshipment fee.

How many days does it take you to ship my items?

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

US Orders: Once shipped, we aim to deliver your items within 4-7 business days. Please expect additional time for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territory orders.

International: Once shipped, we estimate DHL Express Worldwide to deliver within 4-8 business days.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates. We are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines.

Will I need to pay duties for my international order?

At checkout, you will have the option to prepay duties using DHL Worldwide Express.

If you do not prepay duties, you will need to pay duties upon delivery via your local Customs agency or delivery service provider.

What carriers do you use?

US Orders: We use USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx.

International: We use DHL Express Worldwide.
