US Orders

What is the return window?

US orders can be returned within 30 days, meaning that returned items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.

What items can I return?

Items must be in brand new, unused condition, undamaged with all original packaging intact and purchased directly from the Nueue Ave website.

How do I start a return & what happens next?

To start a return, contact us at admin@nueueave.com. We'll send you a return shipping label.

When will I receive my return?

We will notify you once we’ve received your return.

We will inspect your return and inform you within 3 days upon receipt of return if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Orders

International orders are final sale.

Abuse of Return and Exchange Policy

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse the terms of this Return and Exchange Policy, such as by returning products that are no longer in brand new condition, making excessive returns, returning items to the wrong location, making fraudulent returns, and beyond.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time at our discretion.
